Build your Own BIONICLE™ Web Site Contest
LEGO® BIONICLE™ WEB KIT USER AGREEMENT
By downloading the BIONICLE WEB KIT YOU agree that YOU will only use the trademarks and other
images provided in this kit for the sole, non-commercial and educational purpose of creating a Web
site for the Build your Own BIONICLE Web Site Contest. Any use of the material provided in the Web
kit which falls outside the scope of the terms of this Agreement will be considered an automatic
violation of this Agreement and can result in a violation of the rights of the LEGO Group. By
downloading the BIONICLE WEB KIT and the submission of YOUR Web site for consideration in Build
your Own BIONICLE Web Site Contest, YOU represent and warrant that YOUR Web site: (a) does not
infringe on any third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights, including rights under
copyright, or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or
regulation; (c) is not defamatory, trade libellous, pornographic or obscene; (d) does not contain any
harmful or deleterious material; (e) is not grossly offensive and does not include blatant expressions
of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred, or profanity; (f) is not promoting or providing instructional
information about illegal activities; (g) is not promoting or depicting physical harm or injury
against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals; (h) does not display
material that exploits children under 18 years of age. By submission of YOUR Web site, YOU agree
that it was created only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Also, YOU confirm that YOU first
obtained permission from the owner(s) of the copyright or other proprietary rights in the material
incorporated into YOUR Web site, for public display of said material. Neither LEGO.com nor the
LEGO Group or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, agents, or their
successors and assigns are responsible for YOUR contribution or any other party's contribution to the
presented Web site or for any violations by YOU or a third party of the terms stated above. All
copyrights in and trademarks for any material supplied by LEGO as part of this downloadable Web
kit are owned and retained by the LEGO Group. YOU may only use the trademarks and other images
provided in this kit for the sole, non-commercial and educational purpose of creating a Web site
for the Build your Own BIONICLE Web Site Contest. YOU should not use the red LEGO logo in any
way on your Web site. Any use of the material provided in the Web kit which falls outside the
scope of the terms of this Agreement will be considered an automatic violation of this Agreement
and can result in a violation of the rights of the LEGO Group and a disqualification of your entry.
