Our contact form plugin gets updated very frequently, and in doing so in its last update it deleted our contact form we created. We’ve now restored it to full functionality, check out our Help Us page to see it. Thanks to Bionicle_fanatic for letting us know.

Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but there seems to be another glitch on the page. It’s not loading the to do list form anymore. I checked the sourcecode, didn’t seem to be any errors. Maybe an invalid file path?
