It’s been a few months since our last update to the audio archive, but we’re finally about ready to release a new version. There are still a few things to take care of, so it’ll be a little while before the time comes for it to be publicly released. Full film soundtracks? As in the entirety of the music in the films, not just what has heretofore been available isolated from the film? I’ll take 20. But how is this possible?
Well, not ALL of the films’s music is included, unfortunately, but most of it is. A lot of it is unreleased; about 40 minutes for each film. Previously the BMP had only about 10 minutes per film, if that.
This was achieved through meticulous editing of the 5.1 audio tracks for each film. It’s not perfect, as you’ll soon hear, but it’s still listenable and quite enjoyable.
