We’re happy to finally release our first revision of Nuparu77’s MNOLG1.5 fan-created game for online play, with saving to BMP user accounts. Mints97 worked with Nuparu77 to create a streaming version of the game for the first time, with visuals on par with the MNOLG. Register or login to your account and check it out! It is good, very enjoyable (love Flash), but there are a few glitches, as follows:
– When entering dialogue with another character, there’s a possibility that no dialogue prompt, text, nor selections may appear, locking the player to that screen.
– After exiting the passage to the drifts, when you face the rocky mountain (not the icy one with the secret tunnel leading back to the Sanctum), the rocks appear black instead of brown, but the snow is there, white as it should be.
– It’s possible that the snowboarding mini-game might not load.
– If the player starts the snowboarding mini-game before Takua reaches top speed, he’ll appear at his farthest distance from the avalanche, and the player won’t be able to use the left and right arrow keys to move him, though jumping is still possible with the up arrow key.
– Sometimes, when playing the snowboarding mini-game, the mini-game may suddenly quit and return the player to a slightly earlier progress point.
– Saving could use a little touch-up, as it doesn’t always record the player’s last save, but might use an earlier save to the same slot. Perhaps something like the ‘getstate’ prompt that the MNOG2 (online version, not the download) uses?
– There’s a few grammatical errors, but I’m not overly concerned about this.
I’m also a little confused about how the debug prompt is supposed to work…
Is this game still being updated? I am unable to find Kapura in chapter 2…
